1 cup Oats
1/4 cup Water
1 Banana
1/4 cup Raisins
1/8 cup Almonds
Cinnamon
Directions
Soak the oatmeal in the water for a few minutes. They soften quickly. Drain any excess water. Add banana, raisins, almonds and cinnamon. For the rough days…which was Day 3 for me!
