Semi Raw Oatmeal

1 cup Oats
1/4 cup Water
1 Banana
1/4 cup Raisins
1/8 cup Almonds

Soak the oatmeal in the water for a few minutes.  They soften quickly.  Drain any excess water.  Add banana, raisins, almonds and cinnamon.  For the rough days…which was Day 3 for me!


Raw Oatmeal

1 Banana
2 Apples, peeled, cored and diced
1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender and pulse until pieces are small.  Slowly add 1/4 cup of water while blending, but make sure it doesn’t get soupy.  I didn’t add the full 1/4 cup and it came out fine.  Put the mixture in your bowl, mix in almonds and enjoy!  No, there isn’t actually oats on it, but it is delicious and filling!
